Todayism, Sincerity, And Tony Robbins “Date With Destiny”

By Jason Moffatt

December 6, 2007

Hey friends, I’m out the door to Scottsdale Arizona for the “Date With Destiny” event with Tony Robbins.  I’m very excited, humbled, and a bit scared to be honest.  Lot’s of crazy stuff happening in the world right now.

I made a video for you today that describes a few very important things.  Most important of all is your relationships.  After just going through Tony’s “Ultimate Relationship” package it has opened up many doors, ideas, and feelings that are almost overwhelming.

If you are in a relationship, and dearly love your spouse, I strongly urge you to go through this course.  It will take your connection, love, and understanding to a whole new place that words can barely describe.

Click Here To Check Out The Ultimate Relationship Package.

And enjoy the video, I’ll be back next week.

Cheers

  1. Jason,

The exact same thing happened to me buddy. Only we were engaged. Not a day goes by that I don’t regret the things I DIDN’T do (being neglectful).

I can attest to Tony Robbins Ultimate Relationship.

I think you’ve really let your subscribers know of an incredible resource that will benefit each and every one of them.

    Regards,
    Brian

  2. Hey Jason, good luck at Tony’s event. I know you’ve been going through a lot recently. It takes courage to share this kind of stuff and you’re to be commended for it. Lot’s of lessons for the rest of us in it. Anyway, enjoy Tony’s event. Is he still doing the fire walk thing? –Rich

  3. Jason,

You’re absolutely right. It’s easy to get stuck in the computer internet vortex and not call friends, family, girlfriend, etc and just say “i love you.”

    Good luck in AZ.

    Here’s to todayism!

    Chris

  4. Thanks for sharing, Jason. Your message was truly spoken from the heart… something more people would benefit from by doing, as you indicated.

In August of 2005, I had my own life-changing experience at T. Harv Eker’s Enlightened Warrior Training Camp. I would highly recommend it for those who are ready for transformational growth.

Sounds like you’ve already begun your own transformation. Very smart of you to take the time to prepare for your “Date with Destiny.” Your growth will no doubt be deep and broad and high… and profound.

    Just remember to always…

    Be present.

    And enjoy! 🙂

  5. Damn, Jason! As always, you ‘da man!

Thanks for making that video. I really mean that. You are so right. I keep telling myself tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow…

And then I wonder why I can’t get anything done.

    Well, that’s changing right now.

Good luck with your move, and don’t worry, man. Another love will find it’s way to you. Every man has ‘the one that got away’, and sometimes all we can do is sigh and remember how good it was.

But we can’t live in the past.

    And right again, Tony rocks!

    Later!

  6. Well done Jason! It takes a big man to admit to his shortcomings, and an even larger one to do it in front of the largest audience in the world, in hopes of benefiting others.
You have reminded ANYONE who watched this to do the right thing and live for the moment

  7. Chin up dude,

I hope you got custody of the dog 😉

I hear blokes are getting dumped all over SoCal because Jmo announced his singleness on the internet.

Have a great time at the event and thanks for another great video.

  8. Hang in there buddy. The important thing is that you recognized the issue and what you need to do now. To make you feel at ease a little I suspect that this has happened to quite a few other marketers as well. I know it has for me. Since 1997 I have lost a few relationships over IM. In fact one girl said early on “are you making any money doing that” and “are you going to f@#$% your computer or me….”

  9. Jason,

I can really relate to this as Tony Robbins’ Get The Edge program has made a huge difference in my life. I would have given up on marketing a long time ago without the success habits that Tony has helped me develop.

I had seen Tony before on TV but I thought he was a whack job…then one night I happened to catch his infomercial and I got my hands on his CD set. Tony has such a profound understanding of human psychology and human emotion…whenever I see anyone with a problem in their life, I recommend Tony’s stuff. No matter what the problem, Tony can help you get to the root cause of it and change things. Not only that but his stuff has made me a much better marketer as I truly understand my customer’s needs at a very base level.

Your point about being a tomorrow guy is something that has definitely plagued me. Every time I start to see myself slipping into my old habits of procrastination, I just throw on that first CD of Get The Edge and it whips me back into shape. I have a ton of marketing and so called self help stuff sitting on my shelf…and by far Tony’s stuff has made the most difference. It has made me a better person and from that I’ve been able to grow in many different areas. Truly amazing stuff.

    Chris

  10. Hi Jason
You are the man as always and your Right if you have someone in your life you better let them know.

There is NEVER a Day that goes by that I don’t tell Melissa that I love her. She is my World and I want her to know that I am lucky. We get along great and we have both been though a lot. We wish You and Everyone else only the best in life.

Well Jason have a GREAT TIME and as alway the Best to you.
    John & Melissa
    The Yankabillys

  11. You’re one of the most transparent guys I’ve ever seen in the IM world. My husband & I never leave each other without telling each other how much we love them, and TRY not to go to sleep mad at each other – key word being try! 🙂

Have a safe and enlightening trip to AZ!

  12. Hey Jason,

Thanks for the great video and hope you get the most out of the DWD event. I’ve followed Tony since I was in high school and his stuff definitely is tops.

Keep the faith brother, I appreciate all of your info and opening to the rest of us. . .

    Kind regards,

    Sean

  13. a) I adore you.

    b) I was reading Success Principles and got inspired to make a list of goals that I want to achieve… one of them’s to go to a Tony Robbins workshop (and that’s all because of you… I naively thought Harv was better than everyone. ;))

    c) Remind me, I have two weird questions for you when you get back!

  14. I’ve never read any of Tony’s stuff but here was something I was really glad to hear.

Joe Vitale posted this on his blog a little over a month ago. And when I read it I was really happy for Tony.

    http://blog.mrfire.com/secret/a-tony-robbins-first/

I am a firm believer that this step for Tony will be a life changer more so than anything he has ever done. And I am excited for him. Because I believe he will be able to impact people in an even stronger way from this point forward.

Anyways, good luck with all you are growing with Jason. You’ll be in my prayers. (you are headed in a great direction)

I also want to suggest to anyone else who might want to get ahold of some really powerful books.

Checkout almost any book from T.D. Jakes. Beyond what people’s opinions about him are he is one powerful motivator. His books are for those that want to really be held accountable for change. (not for those that want to pussyfoot around excuses)

  15. Hey Jason, thanks for sharing and best of luck with everything. I needed to hear that message today.

Tony Robbins certainly delivers, so good on you for going to the event!

  16. Don’t apologize for eight minutes – your videos are always great – and this one was so what I needed to hear, so it was especially great! My kids are sick and tired of my always being on the computer – and TODAYISM is where it’s at! For sure! I love that!

I’ll be remembering that tomorrow, while the kids are out of school and I make every effort to spend time with them! (They do have some things planned with their friends…)

I think it would be great if you had a message board on Todayism.com – where we could all share how we are staying in today – and remind each other to stay in today.

I have seriously been a ‘tomorrow girl’ all my life – it’s awful, just plain awful!

Have a great time with Tony Robbins – can’t wait to hear all you learned there!

  17. Hey Jason,

Man that video really said a lot about you. Really heartfelt and I wish you the best of luck in the future.

CS Lewis wrote “The pain we feel now is the love we felt then”.

I know it sucks to lose her but with a new attitude and a “vacuum” in your life waiting to be filled it won’t be long until Ms Right appears.

    Stay strong

  18. Man that from the heart thing came at a good time.

There are lots of things you can do and wish for but if it not coming from the heart you are totally waisting your time.

Hey mate i know you want to get in touch with yourself, but beer, fun, sun and lap dances…whoa…you must really want to go to this event….oh well…the heart wants what the heart wants….

    good luck son.

  19. Hey Jason,

I hope the event was amazing. I’ve worked for tony and produced his audio & visual for 24 years (quotes on the screens, video and music), and I thought date with was one of the most profound events I’ve ever worked. Glad you were there…keep up the great work. william
