UPDATE:  CLICK HERE FOR CURRENT UPDATE!

Aloha friends,

This event is more then passed due. Feel free to invite your friends to this page. Digg it, Delicious it, or whatever social bookmarking tool you use if you like. Everyone is invited!

Let’s face it, most of us attend internet marketing events for the networking and joint venture opportunities. It’s not too often we are all excited about the content. Seriously, pitch fests BLOW!

So here’s my solution…

That’s right. 100% networking in style!

Who doesn’t want to kick back on the beach all weekend with a tasty beverage in hand while mingling with a bunch of other like minded folks? This event is gonna rule! (Even if only 5 people show up, MORE BEER FOR US).

So here’s the deal…

The exact date of the Internet Marketing Kegger will be on Sept 29th and 30th. It will be in Pacific Beach San Diego just north of the pier a bit. I’ll give more details on this thread in just a few days.

This blog will be home base for info on the event. So keep your eyes peeled. In the next few days I’ll upload a video showing you all the cheap hotels in the area and do everything to make sure you don’t have to spend much money at all to attend.

VERY IMPORTANT: NO MINORS CAN BE IN THE GROUP AND DRINKING!

Please don’t try to ruin it for responsible adults. Also, the event is set up so no one has to drive anywhere. Everything in close in walking distance and there should be no reason to have to drive.

I’ll have a few more concrete details in just days. However I wanted to finalize the dates so people could prepare now.

Keep in mind, the event is FREE.

But a couple rules…

1. Absolutely No Glass On The Beach

2. No Minors drinking

3. You can’t be lame!

Look forward to seeing you all there and dishing out some more specific details soon.

Cheers,

Jason

PS: Please reply to the thread and let me know if you are coming. I’d like to get a good idea of exactly what we are dealing with here.

Also, bring some snacks!

  1. Yee ha, I just got kicked off the Wicked Fire forum for posting about the kegger event. Apparently I used the “Titty” icons wrong.

Haha, what a bunch of little sissy’s! That shit cracks me up. They probably can’t party anyways!

    I’m bored,

picture David Lee Roth singing “I wish they all could be California Girls” and you’ll know why I’m on the right coast. Also, the waves over there suck!

Look forward to seeing the rest of you guys there.

  2. J-mo,

Despite the hazardous, sun-splashed 2.5-mile commute up the boardwalk on my beach cruiser, you KNOW I’ll be there! Nice work.

  3. Hey jason

    Cool Idea!!

What about for next year an international Internet Marketing Kegger on the beach in Cornwall, UK?

    have fun.

    mark

  4. You can’t count me in. I’ll be coming all the way from Oceanside, CA. 😀 I can’t wait, sounds like a perfect way to finish off the summer with my kind of people. See you there!

    – Joel

  5. Hi Jason;

If it wasn’t an eight thousand mile journey, ten hour flight + six traveling to and waiting in the airport.

I’d love to be on the beach in San Diego drinking
beer, late September or any time with like minded people.

    Byron

  6. Here’s an idea Jason Why not be be the first?

Find the expertise and Try and do an interconnection on video between beach conference attendees and party stay at home revellers, about across the world networking possibilities and idea creation.

Pick a good time to show, that takes in most free time zones or make it available after with contact details on an accessable page.

    Byron

  7. Hey bro!

I’ll be out in Cali two weeks before this and two weeks after. Why don’t we try to do this during WIME weekend? That would make it a lot easier for those of us that have to travel.

I’m not going to let you pay for everything either.

    Ross

  8. Looks like great fun Jason…on the east coast here and won’t be able to come.

What an awesome idea, have a great time everyone!

    Jen

  9. You better check regulations. Last I knew alchohol consumption on San Diego beaches is restricted to noon to 8:00 PM. Makes for an early evening.

Of course small gatherings can hide it during other hours. But I’ve been busted several times with large groups. Hate to have the cops bust up your party!!

  10. Sweet a kegger!! I’m always down for free beer. Once it hits my lips it just feels so good! Back in my college days I was known a Frank the Tank. We used to party all night…

I hope you don’t mind if I do a couple keg stands and bring my beer bong. Forget networking.. I just want to get wasted with my Warrior Forum buddies and wake up face first in the sand the next day. then do it all over again!

    I can’t wait… Who’s up for streaking?

  11. Man I wish I could make it. I’m stuck here in boring Philly. Hopefully I can get out there in the near future and you can teach me how to surf.

Just wanna say your blog rocks Jason. I’m glad I found it and look forward to all your posts. Love the videos.

    Keep on ROCKIN.

    P.S.
I love the grass shirt in you EVS update video.

  12. Freaked me out seeing you driving and staring at the camera. Old Spencer Tracy movies give me the same feeling when the main characters are driving along and don’t look and the road for seconds at a time. You weren’t quite that bad Jason, but you might want to stick it on the dashboard so we can see your face while you drive.

    Goodluck with the Kegger preparations!

  13. We are there Jason and this is an awesome idea. I can’t think of anyone else who can pull this off AND who could have thought of this.

    Looking forward to it bro.

    Surf’s Up!

  14. Paul I know you. I met you at the SD Underachiever Seminar last year. What up? My last name is different cuz of my divorce. (Used to be Lisa W) I can’t remember if you have my new phone number. I’ll look 4 ur email on your site.

    Later
    Lisa P 😉

  15. Hey dude if it gets really big, maybe we should rent that place where the Mauler and Molly got hitched.

Anyway – count me in. I’ve always wanted to try this so-called “beer” people keep talking about.

  16. Hi Jason, wish I could be there sounds like fun,and maybe I could help you keep Frank K under control.Watch him he gets me in enough trouble on the internet.:) But he is a lovable kid. Good Luck Have Fun I Will Be There in Spirit. Bj

  17. A kegger on the beach… I cant think of a better way to spend a weekend.

I will definitely make the long schlep from La Jolla to PB. I look forward to meeting you and Frank and all the other crazies. See you there.
