Let me ask you a question…

Are you down with OPP?

I mean… “Other People’s Products”.

If not, you may want to consider it. When selling other people’s products you don’t have to mess with a variety of headaches that product owners have to deal with.

It’s almost like Heaven. Anyhow, if there was one person I could recommend you learn from it would be Rosalind Gardner. Why?

She makes it simple, straight forward and doesn’t employ nasty techniques that will get you in trouble. And… her product Super Affiliate Handbook only costs about $50.

I’m not convinced you need to buy a $2000 product to learn how to do this stuff. In fact, I’m positive. There is really no need. Rosalind shows you just about everything you’ll need to start a successful affiliate marketing business.

  1. I have been in Sales & Marketing most of my working life. I am presently in Nigeria where there is a really nasty reputation for internet fraud. My relationship marketing is sound but I find it extremely difficult to close or ask for orders over the web for trust & security reasons.
    Cheers!

  2. “YEAH YOU KNOW MEEE!” lol

I still bang Naughty By Nature on my MP3 player. “Hip Hop Hooray” “Feel Me Flow” and “O.P.P.” stay in heavy rotation.

Jason, I completely agree with you. You don’t have to spend a $G or more on a product to learn affiliate marketing.

In all honesty, I learned affiliate marketing from completely free resources. But it took almost 6 months to gather all the pieces.

If I could do it all over again and actually choose between; learning on my own, having to filter the crap from the pearls, putting up with 6 months of constant headaches and frustration vs. dropping a measly $47 on a complete guide…

It’s a Homer Simpson no brainer. I’d choose Rosalind everytime.

  3. Nice vid JMO.

If you already figured out how to get a ton of traffic (easy), it makes sense to become an affiliate for as many niches as you can handle.

Until you’ve learned and can share something of value, being an affiliate is the way to go – especially for beginners.

Getting traffic and leads is key – Master that first and the world’s your mojito.

    Peace.

  4. Hey Jason,

Thanks kindly for the great video review of the Super Affiliate Handbook. And you make the point exactly right – you don’t need to spend a fortune to learn affiliate marketing. I’ve been in the biz for 12 years now, and I’ll always be UP on OPP. 🙂

Best to you in 2010, bud.

    Cheers,
    Ros

  5. Yes, Rosalind’s book was my first start on OPP awhile back.
Learned a lot from it and kept learning along the way to more OPP and more moolah! The part I like best is the fact that you do not need to service the people once they bought, just cash the cheque…Yes!
    Cheers.
