Thought the iPhone was cool?
So did I.
And I still do.
But it ain’t no Google phone.
Ladies and Gentlemen, let me introduce you to the future rulers of the world… GoOgLe! (I told you not to mess with them bad mofo’s)…

Holy crap! That’s insane man. They are always pushing out useful new technologies. That’s what sells in any market.
Very cool. I was thinking about canning my BB and going with an iPhone. Now I have more to think about.
@Dave ~ No doubt. I think I’ll be rocking a iPhone and a Droid.
Very nice little app. I read about this in an old tech release by google, just had no idea it was available. Immediately installed it on my Moto DROID which I have to say is the absolute best darn phone I have ever had. Makes life VERY easy.
I think the Android phones are solid. I’m really diggin’ the interface and the apps Google’s been in the lab workin’ on. I’m definitely gonna snatch that.
Thought I’m not sure I like the whole “Pinky & The Brain” style plot for world domination. I mean seriously, Google has infiltrated almost every industry known to man.
They’re everywhere no…w…
Hold up a second! *gasp*
Could Google actually be Skynet in disguise?!
It all makes sense now. Why couldn’t I see it before! 😀
But Google still isn’t as big as GE or Disney though. Those guys are truly in every facet of our lives whether we know it or not. I like that Google is actually producing quality technologies.
Yea, sometimes I see something, a plant or some strange fruit, and want to know what it is, but you actually can’t find the answer unless you take some big dusty encyclopedia and devote few hours or even days to find information.
This is surely going to ease the process, take a picture and bam, if there is an info on it, you have what you want.
Yeah, I caught this a while back on a show on CNBC called “Inside Google”. At the time of the shooting, they had a panel of Google engineers review it and give their thoughts and they said it wasn’t ready.
Guess it is now 🙂 At first I thought it was kind of pointless until I watched this video and saw that if you have the camera on while pointing it at a place, it will track your position through GPS and figure out what the place is and give you all the details.
AWESOME!
Hi Jason,
Google keeps coming up with very usable stuff but as to ruling the world I’m not so sure.
Having all this information can be great on one hand but really, is there not enough information already?
Instant access to Information may not be so good for our brains.
Will they start to atrophy?
I mean with no need for us to remember anything and just looking things up at a click of a button the brain won’t get the necessary exercise.
We could end up as species with big eyeballs and a computer chip size of a brain.
Of course I could be wrong.
The challenge will be to continue using the brain creatively in spite of having everything handed to it instantly.

Wow…
Google is scary….
