Holy Shit, I’m Getting Fat! J-Mo’s 21 Days to Washboard Abs

I can’t believe it. For the first time in my life I’m actually getting FAT.

My belly has never had a bulg like this. There’s even folds on my sides when I sit in my computer chair.

FUCK THAT…

There is no way in hell that I’m going to let this computer take over my body. I hereby swear to rid my computer/beer gut, and I’m gonna do it in 21 days.

That’s right, it’s J-Mo’s “21 Days To Washboard Abs”.

How many of you think I can do it? I really need your support. So here’s my game plan.

Day 1) 100 sit-ups
Day 2) add 100 sit-ups, 200 total situps
Day 3) add 100 sit-ups, 300 total situps

You can see the pattern. Of course I should probably abandon the beer, but that’s not gonna happen. Maybe I’ll cut back, but I can do this while still drinking. You’ll see. I honestly cannot believe that I’ve letten my body get into this type of shape. It is very sad, and I’m completely pissed at myself.

There is no excuse for this other then sheer lazyness, and I’m gonna rectify this problem. The truth is, working on the computer all the time is horrible for me. It’s bad for anyone. People are not meant to sit on their lazy asses every day.

So you got to see the before picture, and I’ll show off the after picture in 21 days. Wish me luck, I’m gonna need it.

PS: Okay I admit it, I put on tight pants on purpose to make it look worse then it really is. However, this is still totally unacceptable.

  1. Hey Jason,

Do it and sell the solution – scary how big
    this niche is getting!

The beer needs to go dude if you really want
to lose that. Take up a low calorie beverage.

    Go for it!

  2. I actually have a “Secret Method” that should do the trick.

Sadly, I pulled an abdominal muscle snowboarding the morning after I posted this. It has prevented me from being able to do any significant amount of sit-ups or crunches.

But that’s not gonna stop me.

    And Ryan,

Don’t make me Bust-Out the Spandex.

  3. Hey Jason situps are cool, but then you just have rock hard abs buried under the flab! Hop on a treadmill, go for a run, etc every day in addition to situps and you’ll have it done in 21 days.

    Alex.

  4. Damn straight you’re sagging!

    You’re really Ed Dale aren’t you…?

Dang man! Wear tight pants but tuck the belly in! ; P

    Thanks for the laugh(no, I did’t laugh outloud)…

    God Bless,
    Yoon

P.S. You don’t need good luck, you need liposuction!

P.P.S. I’m makin’ fun ’cause I have abs(that apparently only I can see)

P.P.P.S. Always remember that you have one big ab! And yes, I’ve used this
line before, many times, and even offered to show people it…

P.P.P.P.S. I lost a bit from the belly from what I call “Forced” walking.
(I promise this is the last of the P.S.’s)

  5. Dude,

Jelly belly, Jelly Belly, Jelly Belly 😉 But hey I can’t talk I’ve recently lost 21KGS
I think that’s around 46.2 pounds in yank weight anyway it’s very easy gaining weight
sitting on your ass all day. but it took me about 3 months walking 3.2K 3 times a week.
Good luck with the sit up marathon laddie 🙂
