I have a rebounder too! and I live on the 2nd floor of an older building.
My neighbors absolutely LURV me. Only fair, they play banjo at 3am in the morning.
Rebounders work great with James Brown Music, say volume 8 Get on UP!
P.S. I have a quarter fold ones are great, easy to store and transport.

Thanks for the video!
Like Troy, I also live in an apartment and I think my neighbors would go mad if I had one…

P.S What’s the difference between a rebounder and a trampoline?

Just shared this via Friendfeed. This really does make sense though 🙂 I’m liking the self-improvement type posts that have been put out lately J-Mo. As long as you don’t post any demonstrations of tantric sex, we’ll be good LOL
Hey Moffatt
I just got back from the Alps. Now, the latest fad in Switzerland is these trampolines with a net wall around them. The parents have them in the backyard, toss the kids inside, close the net door. I bet that takes a lot of stress off the parents – just let the little monsters bounce themselves into exhaustion, then send the little “darlings” to bed.
I never shot any photos of any, but here’s a picture of one. http://www.tramponline.ch/photos/sicherheitsnetz1.jpg

Great post Jason, stress is a killer. I like to relief stress by working out, drinking green tea or listening to music, it helps me become more productive.

Doing physical activity when tired or stressed just makes sense.
Relieves stress… gives you more energy… not only great physically.
Resets your mind and well being.

Great video, rebounders are so much fun. Guaranteed to make you forget your problems for a while at the same time providing exercise value just like dancing I suppose.

Yes, I have one of these myself and it really works for sure!
Just to answer Tom Boyd, the difference between a rebounder and a trampoline is really nothing, both are trampolines. But at the same time there is a specific difference, as rebounder’s are made specifically for exercise purposes.
