After seeing a quote from Joe Polish on Twitter, I decided to add a exercise into my presentation at Frank Kern’s Mass Control seminar in which we encouraged people to get out of their comfort zones and try something new. Enjoy.

  1. Hey Jason — the breathing exercise is something new to me. I’m going to have to give that one a try.

And thank you for posting the tweet from Joe Polish. Joe is exactly right — people do not want to venture out of their comfort zone. Honestly, I believe that our “comfort zone” is what is holding a lot of people back. I know I have been guilty of it in the past.

But if you think about it, that is how you get ahead and move forward — by doing what others are not willing to do — by breaking out of your own comfort zone while others continue to stay in theirs and do what makes them comfortable.

  2. Jason – you are a certifiable nutball mate but I love the enthusiasm, love the charisma, love the passion and love the authenticity you bring to what often is a bit of a ‘circus.’

    Keep on keeping it real,

    H
