Words are very powerful. Many of us are totally addicted to heinous words that will seldom do us any good. I’m talking about words that hold us back, words that hypnotize us, and words that magnetize bullshit into your life.
I think “Resolution” may be one of those words.
Fuck the resolution!
Get with the real deal and make it a “SOLUTION”.
Peep the video below and let me know what your New Years Solution is going to be this year in the comments section below…

Nice video Mofo. See you in the new year with 4 balls.
Great vid Jason! As master Yoda once said – “do or do not, there is no try”.
Very interesting train of though. Thanks I will make my “New Years Solution” and write it down 🙂
You’re friggin hilarious! I watch more of your videos than I do the news– a lot more entertaining & positive. Great juggling. I completely agree with your entire message about resolutions. Please keep ’em comin.
Very interesting train of thought. I will make a “New Years Solution” and write it down 🙂
A Resolution is simply a decision. It’s the first step, with many steps to follow until completion.
Any Resolution, Goal or Intention is only as real as the commitment and action the Resolution Maker backs it with.
It’s not the “Resolution” that doesn’t work, it’s the “Resolution Maker” or the person who’s job it is to fuel it and carry it through that doesn’t work. When it doesn’t work, it’s usually because someone half-assed it, calling it Resolution but did not turn it into a Goal with a plan, targets, timeline, accountability, follow through, etc.
I guess it’s easy for people to blame something outside themselves when a wish does not come true. So they say “Resolutions don’t work.” It’s merely a cop out so they don’t have to acknowledge they didn’t do their part.
If your resolution did not come to fruition, it’s not the Resolution at fault, it was your plan, lack of follow through or lack of commitment.
Call it whatever you want, Resolution, Plan, Goal, Intention or whatever, it’s your responsibility to make it real.
If you look at your life and look back at your year and look ahead to the next year and beyond, if you are so compelled to make a Resolution, make it and follow through and for *#&%@’s sake, do it more than once a year.
Call it whatever you want, but dream big and go after what you desire.
Live Your Dreams,
Jill
Yeah! And boycott the letters r and e in front of a lot of other words too! Like re-tarded (once is enough thanks) and re-gurgitate (again, 1st time was a charm).
Hey Jack,
I think I may have to “Rejack” today! (my car that is. the flat apparently didn’t get fixed).
Jason,
Thanks for all of your help in 2008. My solution is to stay more focused on what I really want my life to be about which is Contribution.
All the best to you and your loved ones in 2009.
Dave
New year solution: quit being over-the-top awesome and stop helping people who aren’t open to it.
Very good Jason!
I know that juggling even 3 tangerines takes some practice & determination. You’ll see handling 4 will be a squeeze.
I can’t be bothered with new years resolutions. When i want things to change i want it now already. So it means i got to do what i got to do to get where i want to be now. Some times it takes some serious readjusting in the cerebral area to get it together but if you want it bad enough well you just find the right buttons to push.
But you are so right, the words we think and speak are the affirmations we continually make to ourselves so it’s important to think right cause that’s where the words are formed.
Wishing you and all the readers maga uber happy resolution evolution new year success.
Definitely Jason. No more just talking about it. You either do it or you don’t. My students at my video tutorial site at http://www.gettricks.com are action takers as well and that is the one difference between the successful and the unsuccessful. We take action. Talk soon. Vic
Greetings Mofo, Thomas Richmond here, one of the things i learned from Frank was that often were bogged down with all kinds of tools of the trade and if we want to stay on track just like you were saying, write them down, make choices that benifit you as a person, not everyone will get it, thats why were so unique, as marketers we all enjoy finding new stuff, new waysto learn and new clients or friends whatever the purpose is and in doing so we tend to get off track, Frank told me that if you want to learn you have to fnd out what is right for you or else your not going to get anywhere, my resolutions have been and isstill coming true to this day buddy, why? because of people like you and Frank or Mike or Tellman, who ever im part of there lists, so in my re-ply to you lol, is that you go for it! it’s nice to learn from another perspective or view, keeps the senses gleaming at top speed. Thank you, surfs up i see, lets see you jungle 4 next video huh? Till next time! Happy New Years 🙂
Yes, a solution should be the better word rather than a resolution. Nice video Mojo.
One of the most popular resolutions around is quit smoking. And the folks that make this resolution make it every year. Sad.
Good stuff uncle mofo. It’s true man…just get it done! Period…too often we plan and plan and don’t take action. Decide what you want to do and do it!
Keep pressin man, looking forward to whatever you got in store for us this year!
Hi Jason,
I loved the video! Thank you! You have already helped me so much. This video was a very important reminder about the power of words. I think it is something people need to hear again and again.
I would like to point out that you do not “suck” at juggling, you simply haven’t mastered it yet. If your intention is to be able to juggle 4 tangerines, I am fully confident that with practice you will be able to. lol
Valerie
favorite quote..
“I’m gonna have oj like all over my floor” lol… nice.
Great video bro.
Like the solution forget the “RE”

Well, Jason, I think I’ll quit juggling my balls and instead hammer out my fears and git ‘er done.
JMo… this is by far the most coherent video you’ve ever produced.
Extremely well done.
Best o’ luck in 2009

Try juggling kittens.
dude! that as amazing! keep up the good work.
J,
I was waiting for you to say “Ree-fer”
lol
jason,
I admire your spunk. You are still young and see absolutes like “don’t try, just do it” as the only way of thinking.
What you will learn as you “miss goals you set is that you will re- commit and you will try again. Try can mean that you are not fully committing and sitting on the fence and it can also mean that you are coming back again at a goal you attempted before and fell short.
Bottom line- “try can be weak or it can be strong, each time judged by the person or situation.
If someone tried to save someone’s life but was too late coming, was he a failure for “trying”? No, but the person still died.
I Hope that gives you another way to look at it and I wish you the very best 2009!! You are doing a great job!!
Yo Jason,
As a drummer/percussionist for the last many decades, I gotta tell ya, you CAN juggle 4 by next year, but get 3 down first. I always wanted to play the fast & fancy stuff early on, but when I settled in and started slow, I would gain a momentum, a familiarity (like building muscles)-an “in the flow” thang. It’s like newbies that don’t want to make a buck online as they’re learning, they want $10k NOW or they consider themselves a failure. So rock on and practice.
Thanks for the vids.
Have a great new year and many “solutions”.
Powerpaul
Good ideas.
How about not opening goofy marketer RE:emails
Hey Mo, your solution video to just hammer the shit out of something until you get it done and keep moving forward
is spot on lad.
It would be a good video for my fitness and nutrition site
to get people to stop and think about how to obtain their
goals.
What Mo is saying is stop thinking about what you didn’t do
to get to your goals, just do it because tomorrow is not going
to wait for your lame excuses.
Just get to it whether you’re an internet marketer, work a regular job, want better health or a relationship with that
nice person.
Much Peace and Success to you Mo and everyone out there,
Mark
Dude be careful about the OJ all over your floor, that may leave some incriminating evidence.
What was that self talk I heard you saying in the video…be careful as your subconscious mind doesn’t know any better!
I dont have a problem making new years resolutions stick.
I dont have a problem with people calling them something else either.
Happy New Years folks. 🙂
Mate, the more I watch your stuff, the more I like it! I was laughing out loud at the flying tangerines – but as always, you got your point across.
My new year’s “solution” is to increase my sales my making my videos better by increasing the enthusiasm, to drink goberry jiuce everyday and do some boxing in the mornings (with my boss!) to get fit.
Thanks
Phil
Hi Man,
I thought I’d join the ranks of the “nit-pickers” and put in my two cents:
“re-” is not a word, but a prefix. I doesn’t really matter, ’cause you got your point across all the same.
and when you were juggling, you said: “Oh, man, I suck at this” which is not congruent with your goal of mastering the tangerine juggling.
That said, you’re sitting there and making a few bucks online, while I’m yet to make a dollar. Something the other “nit-pickers” might want to think about before posting.
Jason, thanks for letting me be on your list this past year, I look forward to joining your ranks this year.
All the best!
Another great video Jason, Its funny how people just get so wrapped up in the word RESOLUTION… I think if everyone concentrated on finding the solution to their problem as opposed to hope for a resolution they would all be better off
again great stuff

JMo,
I couldn’t agree more with your new year solution. This year I am going to be in the best health of my life. Thanks to your recommendation of the Best Day Ever and http://tinyurl.com/jmoblog and by the way if anyone hasn’t checked out the Best Day Ever you need to.
I’m out hitting my solution hard.
I want to see you juggle 5 balls by the end of year…
Getter’ Done my friend!!!
Best Wishes,
Sam England
