It’s true.  I’ve been throwing away money like a frisbee during the last 2 years.  Actually I have not been throwing away the money, but I simply have not been taking full advantage of all my visitors because my tracking mechanisms are just not up to par.

Currently I’m sitting at Jack Humphrey’s “Authority Summit” seminar in Las Vegas.  I  decided to stay in Vegas an extra day to come see David Bullock speak.

Right now I’m sitting here kicking myself for not doing the things that David is talking about right this second.  I’ve easily missed out on a quarter million dollars in the last 2 years because I simply don’t track and test my marketing methods enough.

You see, I’ve been making enough money that affords me to live a very comfortable life.  The income is way beyond what I’ve ever been used to, so it’s easy to become content.  However, I’m screwing myself out of hundreds of thousands of dollars by being so lazy.

David is making this perfectly clear as he elegantly delivers his speech from the stage.  You can tell this guy doesn’t mess around.  And it’s blatantly obvious I need to step up my game on this tracking stuff.

Heck, I have about 8000 unique visitors to this blog every month but I couldn’t tell you a damn thing about what they do, how they do it, or when they do it.

That’s gonna change.

I’m glad I decided to stick around for the day instead of cruising back to  San Diego.  If I actually follow through and take David’s advice there is no doubt I’ll at least double my income.

The truth is I’ve just been lazy and enjoying the easy money.  Two weeks ago at the Rich Jerk Mastermind I was joking that “I don’t track, I just write kick ass ads the first time”.  While it was sort of a joke, and somewhat serious, it’s just plain foolish.

Thanks for the great speech David.  It was very motivating!  Now it’s time to get to work.
