I Did It…. 6 Pack Abs.

If you keep up with my blog you would of read a post a few weeks ago about 21 days to Washboard Abs. Well, I’m proud to say that I’ve gotten better then washboard abs.

I Got 6 Pack Abs.

Check Em Out.

In all seriousness, this has become somewhat of a problem for me. Here’s the deal. I stay up super late every night and munch away. I can’t stop snacking all night, usually til about 3 AM. Not good.

So, while I have been a lazy ass and have really done nothing to rid myself of this beer belly, I promise to keep with it. Okay, maybe my goal of washboard abs in 21 days was crazy, but I’m not giving up. I’m telling ya, these abs are gonna be ROCKED.

I’ve been desperately trying to convince my lady to move to San Diego with me we can play on the beach all the time and be in the sun. It would be such a blast, and very condusive to living a healthy life style.

I think that’s the cincher. Cmon baby, it’s for my health. Cali here I come.

You’ll notice I’m sipping some of the Northwests finest hippy brews. Oh yeah…. Refreshing.

Also, our buddy Josh, who is a brain scientist dude, made us some Nut Brown Ale. With the abundance of tasty beverages this abdominal task is gonna be tough. I really think the only thing that is gonna work is to return to surfing everyday. That keeps you in mega shape.

  1. Try Matt Furey’s Combat Conditioning, I have lost 10 pounds just doing it half-ass in the last month.(Went from 220 to 210)

Also, just to get his newsletter daily is a pretty good marketing education if you aren’t already getting them.
