How To Wildly Profit From Simple Internet Video

Hey friends,

It’s no secret that internet video is making lot’s of people a ton of cash right now.  What is so special about internet video is that any Tom, Dick, or Harry can quickly get into this game.  You don’t need to be a star, or have some great camera experience either.

Often times, people resonate with every day average Joe’s.  Sometimes, having a video that is done too professionally will actually drive people away from your offer.  The real trick with utilizing online video for massive profits is to just be real, yourself, and let your own enthusiasm do the work.

I’ve been getting flooded with emails from people who want to know my insider shenanigans with online video.  I’ll admit, what I do is drastically different then most marketers I’ve seen online.  And what I do is so incredibly simple that almost anyone can replicate it.

Here’s the deal…

I’ve finally been convinced to run a “How to do video” workshop online.  However, not only am I going to show you how to make and sell with videos, I’m going to also train you in the art of “Salesmanship” and “Copywriting”.

This package I’m putting together right now is the real deal for those of you wanting to seriously take the bull by the horns and ride this internet video wave into the big bucks.

I’m trying to put the final pieces on the class right now and I’ll give you all the details asap.

Cheers,

Jason

PS: Each week I’ll have expert advice and guest appearances from some of the top internet marketing guru’s that I’m associated with.  Just yesterday, I sealed another amazing interview that I don’t think you should miss for the world.  Stay tuned, lot’s of action coming this week!

Web Traffic, Things Are Really Shaking Up!

I just got back from Dr. Mike Woo-Ming’s “Traffic Tactics” workshop, held here in San Diego this weekend. Dr. Mike was kind enough to invite me down to the event, and I had a blast! I learned a bunch of new stuff, and was able to help dozens of people with ideas that I knew they had not heard before. People seriously trip out when they hear my unorthodox style of marketing.

One of the things that I thought was really cool was a participant told me that I was the reason he got into internet marketing. Now I’ll admit, that felt pretty damn good. It’s very rewarding to know that you’ve had some type of positive impact on other people’s lives. That’s why I like Dr. Mike so much. He truly understands over-delivering and focuses on making sure that his attendees get the most out of their business. Of course, some will just never take action. However, the way Dr. Mike has his events set up, it enables people to work one on one with experts, and to have a intimate workshop experience instead of the usual pitch-fest.

Considering the latest shakeups in Google and the new “Universal Search”, the Traffic Tactics Workshop was the place to be this weekend. I was thoroughly impressed with all the speakers, especially SEO expert Jerry West, and the crazy genius Howie Schwartz. Howie, truly has the “Power Of The Schwartz”. He surely must have studied under the master “Yogurt“.

Then there was Keith Baxter, who generously bought thousands of dollars worth of products and gave them away for free instead of hurling cash sucking pitches at the attendees. I thought that was a very generous thing to do.

Now hanging with Jack Humphrey’s was just hilarious. That guy is one fun dude to party with! Him and Howie were in utter disbelief when they rode in my Magnum P.I. style “Spy Van”. They couldn’t believe I actually have hidden cameras buried in my tail-lights, and monitors, vcr’s, and a office in the back fully equipped with electrical hookups. It was pretty damn fun!

I can’t forget to mention Michael Koenig’s presentation on his “Traffic Geyser“. Holy crap! That service makes submitting video all across the internet a damn breeze. Not only does his product rock, but his presentation skills are riveting, and very funny. In fact, all the speakers were funny and having a good time. That’s what I love about this biz. Nobody takes it too serious. I think many of us are still in disbelief that we can make so much money online by pushing a few buttons. It truly is a wild thing, and it’s no wonder why we all have so much fun.

Then there was Tim Gorman who gave a presentation on the power of article’s for traffic. Tim only has about 3 hours a day to work on this stuff considering his prior commitments to the his service in the military. Tim proves that if you just get out there and get some stuff going, you too can make cash. I’m sure most of us can find 3 hours a day if we truly wanted to change our lives.

I’ve never personally used “Press Releases”, but after seeing Marc Harty give his presentation, I felt a bit like a fool. I’ve missed out on tons of traffic by neglecting Press Releases. If you want to get some serious insider info on how to make your press releases go wild, Marc is the go-to-guy! He’s also really groovy to hang out with.

In fact, everyone was a pleasure to be with all weekend. Hat’s off to Dr. Mike for putting together an amazing event. My pal Magic Ryan, from Xray Domination fame also decided to make a guest appearance as well. Ryan and I got together and spilled the beans to a group of about 25 people on how to seriously dominate some online product sales. We told some stuff to the public that we usually only keep behind close doors. Considering all that I picked up myself, I didn’t mind sharing some of these ninja tactics with the group. It was obvious from the jaws hitting the floor that some of the people were very happy to have Ryan and I drop the BOMB about affiliate marketing and selling your own products.

So, as you can see it was a great weekend. However, let’s give you a traffic tactic that can help out your online business right now.

Over the last year, I have gotten a lot of free traffic to this blog from something very simple. It’s nothing more then this picture of Me, and author of “The Game” Neil Strauss.

Neil STrauss The Game A few night ago, Alison and I went to some fancy Fondue dinner with Neil and he told me how much he hated this picture. Therefore, I decided I would make him look a bit prettier in photoshop.

Anyways, this picture has been getting me traffic for a long time because of “Google Images”. If you Google… “Neil Strauss” and then search through Google’s “images” you will find this pic.

By simply adding Neil’s name to the tags, I’ve gotten a ton of traffic from people who are searching for his name. I have to admit, it does help quite a bit that this image in on a WordPress blog too. Google seems to love these wordpress blogs, especially if they have some good content.

It may seem like a simple tactic, but I promise you that if you tag your pictures correctly in your blog posts, you can expect to see some decent traffic from organic searches if it’s a popular topic.

I’ve gotten a lot of traffic from this one simple picture of Neil and I. I have a feeling the addition of the Devil Horns may get a few more Click-Thru’s too! C-mon ladies, you know you’ve always wanted to date a man with Devil Horns!

Anyways, thanks for the weekend Dr. Mike, it was a great time!

Adios amigos!

Jason Moffatt’s New Internet Marketing Business Card

The other day I replied to a forum thread at the Copywriters Board about networking at seminars. Now most people tend to hand out business cards and do the usual chit chatting here and there. However, I go about the whole ordeal a bit different.

I don’t do cards! That’s right. You couldn’t get a business card from me if you tried. I may write my cell number on a napkin for you, or autograph your Pee-Chee (remember them days?), but I just don’t do cards.

In the thread I wrote…

” If they want to hire me, they will find a way to get in touch.

For some reason, this makes people want your number even more. While everyone and their mother is trying hard to network and pick up gigs, I’m too busy schmoozing at the bar and making genuine friends.

I could care less about getting or giving away a card. I’m trying to make a powerful impact that no card could ever do. I’m building real world relationships that makes the card pretty much irrelevant.

And I’ll tell you the secret…

It’s all done with great story telling. If you can get 10 guys in a circle and have them all intensely listening to your story, you don’t need cards. People remember enthusiastic and outgoing people that make them smile.

I’m not saying business cards don’t work for some, cuz they do. However, you should see people’s faces when I say that I’m strongly against giving out business cards. At first they think it’s weird, but after they hear my explanation they usually want my contact info even more then before.”

So anyways, after i left that response, the resident direct response master… Mr. Subtle decided to craft me up a business card. Here it is…

Groovy “Grabber” Idea For Direct Mail Marketing!

I’m gonna share an idea I had the other day that I think can make some of you alot of money if you are in the direct mail business.

I’m sure someone has already had the idea, or has already used it in some fashion, but here’s the technique…

Every day more and more businesses are “Going Green” or trying to be more “Earth Friendly”. Not only does it make moral sense to be compassionate to the earth, it’s also becoming very profitable.

One only has to look at the rapid growth of the organic sections in grocery stores, and who can miss the Al Gore flick? The trend of “Going Green” is around us in numerous examples.

What does this have to do with copywriting or marketing Jason?

Glad you asked!

The other day I was talking to a guy who owned a print shop in Oregon. He was telling me about how he was getting more business because he used recycled paper and his business was “Green Friendly”.

I’m not sure exactly what that means, but it’s all hippy and stuff.

Anyways, many direct mailers use a tool called a grabber on their sales letters. Probably the most known about is the dollar bill grabber. Attaching a crisp bill to a letter is a sure way to get that thing noticed.

While talking to that green friendly printer, I had a great idea!

How do you think prospective clients would feel if they opened up a letter and it read…

Dear Jonathon,

You might be wondering why I have stapled a green leaf to the top of this letter. The truth is, I wanted to let you know how serious ABC Printing is about being a truly green company. It is our 100% mission to ensure our impact on mother earth is as minimal as humanly possible.

Here’s why I think the leaf is such a great grabber.

1. Leafs are basically free, minus the time it takes to collect
some.

2. It’s just odd!

3. It really gets to the point.

4. It can be used with just about any business that is commited
to somehow “Going Green”.

5. People respect those that are concerned about the environment.

So, if you are ever doing work for a business that is somehow greenish, or is willing to “Go Green”, I
think the “Leaf Grabber” would be superb idea that would get a lot of attention!

Of course, this is totally speculative. However, I’m convinced it would work. Somebody go test it for me and tell me if it works!
